NATCHEZ — Artists, vendors and fun-seekers, residents and visitors gathered downtown Friday night to celebrate the first day of Art and Soul. Bands played, barbeque was bought, and pottery, jewelry, stained glass, paintings and other pieces were on display and up for sale.
